I have worked with the General Contractors and Engineering Firms and City Inspectors here in the DFW Metroplex for Fifteen years and obtain files and revisions promptly.

I have a great working relation with 100 % of them.

2008 I was handling 11 jobs sites a month with accuracy and speed.

Responsible for obtaining all AutoCad files and the updates when required through General Contractors and Engineering Firms.

CAD consultant I do cleanup of CAD files to fit into the DATA collectors for onsite access. On the big jobs, I do the Data mining, meaning to allocate all X/Y coordinate information and necessary off sets, and distributed to the field for use in layout control

Scheduling,  Maintain the Survey Data Sheets with related information for our PM's, Layout Crews, General Supervisor

Compile and maintain all data until survey work is complete and store for continued work for two years.

Maintain and distribute Site Cut Sheet information to GC rep, PM, and City Inspectors.

Maintain and distribute updated original CAD  on ftp site..

Hire Survey Subs when applicable.

Report Time for Survey crews to accounting

Work with inner office personal on contract additions, budgeting in areas of benefit to company growth.

My work goal is to maintain the objectives and schedule with pride in accuracy.
